OUR INFRASTRUCTURE

We use beaters that are specifically made for this purpose to extract the fiber from the husk, and then it is screened to separate the coir pith, which serves as the raw material for our substrates.
We age, buffer, wash, and store the raw pith in massive concrete bunkers with high walls.

OUR GUIDELINES

image
We homogenize our product by buffering and washing it with sprinklers that are specifically made for this purpose. We can easily dry cocopeat without contamination thanks to the infrastructure of twenty-foot high walls and endless dry yards. The air cannot be pollinated by high walls. To ensure the quality, we have two destoners and two seivers placed in our production line. Next, husk chips are added to the high-quality material, or if our client requests it, the substance is blocked at 100% pith.
